During a Simchas Torah farbrengen in the Chabad community in Petach Tikva, members of the community resolved to start a new community-wide chavrusa study program every Thursday night.
The organizers printed flyers in multiple languages in an attempt to attract a broad range of the city’s residents. Additionally, participants are treated to bowls of hot cholent, they can enjoy while engrossed in their learning.
