Helping communities and individuals across the globe tap into the power of Tefillah during these challenging times, a unique prayer event by Chabad On Call will be led by Rabbi Yisrael Meir Lau, and a world-famous Chazan.
#Pause4Prayer is a unique event created by Chabad On Call to help communities and individuals across the globe tap into the power of Tefillah and unleash the precious gift that every Jew inherited from our Avos and Imahos.
“People are looking to do something meaningful in this current situation. This program was designed to help people feel engaged and uplifted, to feel like they are doing something concrete to help others and making a difference,” said Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky.
The program streaming live on Chabadoncall.com/pause4prayer will include time for individuals to pray on their own level for the blessings each needs personally, along with reciting group prayers for the world at large. The gathering will be addressed by Rabbi Yisrael Meir Lau, former Chief Rabbi of Israel, and will be led in prayer by the soul-stirring melodies of a world-famous Chazan.
There will also be an opportunity to share names for a Mi Sheberach and give charity on behalf of those who need a blessing.
Please invite and encourage your communities to participate in #Pause4Prayer on Sunday, May 17, at 12PM EDT. For marketing materials, an embeddable site, and more resources to help your community participate, please email [email protected].
