One of the week’s highlights was a trip to a water park, where campers not only enjoyed a full day of fun, but also connected with other Chabad camps visiting at the same time. For many, seeing hundreds of Jewish kids proudly wearing yarmulkes and tzitzis was a meaningful and eye-opening experience.

Soon after, campers set out on an overnight adventure — building fires, barbecuing, and bonding late into the night with stories and song. The next day brought a special visit from a group of bochurim from Chovevei Torah’s Yeshiva Kayitz. Each boy was paired with one of our campers for learning and connection, followed by a friendly sports competition and a swim in Camp L’man Achai’s beautiful lakefront, complete with inflatable slides and kayaks.

Adding to the excitement, camp debuted its newest feature: Laser Tag! With 24 of its own high-quality laser guns, this new addition instantly became a camper favorite.

Shabbos brought spiritual energy and kicked off the highly anticipated Color War. This year’s themes were deeply meaningful: Team Jewish Education focused on the value of Torah learning and mesirus nefesh for chinuch, while Team Jewish Uniform highlighted the pride in wearing tzitzis and yarmulkes in public. From Torah by Heart and passionate speeches to creative skits and competitive sports, the boys were fully immersed in a powerful, pride-filled experience.

At Camp L’man Achai, fun and meaning go hand in hand — shaping the next generation with memories, friendships, and inspiration that last a lifetime
