Chief Rabbi Engages in Learning with Brunoy Bochurim
During a visit to Tomchei Tmimim of Brunoy, Israel’s Chief Rabbi, Rabbi Kalman Bar, delivered a special shiur to the talmidim of the yeshiva gedolah, and met with the hanhala, Reb Itche Nemenov, Rabbi Mendel Gurevitch, and the Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Chilik Kalmenson.
During a visit to Tomchei Tmimim of Brunoy, Israel’s Chief Rabbi, Rabbi Kalman Bar, delivered a special shiur to the talmidim of the yeshiva gedolah, and met with the hanhala, Reb Itche Nemenov, Rabbi Mendel Gurevitch, and the Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Chilik Kalmenson.
Yeshivas Tomchei Tmimim Brunoy, the largest yeshiva in Europe, was honored with a special visit from the Chief Rabbi of Israel, Rabbi Kalman Bar, who is visiting France to strengthen halachic matters.
The Chief Rabbi was warmly welcomed by the hanhala of the yeshiva: Reb Yitzchak Nemenov, Rabbi Mendel Gurevitch, and the Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Yechiel Kalmenson.
During his visit, Rabbi Bar delivered a special shiur to the talmidim of the yeshiva gedolah, interweaving Torah insights from nigleh and Chassidus, together with words of inspiration and preparation for the upcoming Yomim Noraim.
In appreciation, the talmidim presented the Chief Rabbi with collections of their pilpulim, while the Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Kalmenson, gifted him volumes of his seforim Mei Tal, which have earned a place of honor in the batei medrash of many yeshivos.
