Cheder Oholei Chinuch in Argentina, in collaboration with Tzivos Hashem, organized a beautiful Chanukah event for Tiferes Zekeinim members featuring a professional choir, a Chanukah play, mini shiurim by students who are grandchildren of Tiferes members, and a Menorah competition and expo where parents and Tiferes members attended to view and vote.
The Cheder, directed by Shmuel Geisinsky and vice principal Dovid Orbach, invited the members of Tiferes Zekeinim, a program for elderly individuals who work, to study twice a week, currently comprising six groups with a total of 350 members, to enjoy a live Chanukah event at our school alongside our students. This initiative beautifully connects the younger generation with the older generation.
Head Shliach Rabbi Tzvi Grunblatt delivered a powerful Chanukah message that emphasized the strength and significance of the older generation.
In collaboration with Tzivos Hashem Argentina, under the leadership of the amazing Shloime Taubenfligel, the school organized a spectacular program. The event featured a professional choir, a Chanukah play, and mini shiurim presented by students, some of whom are grandchildren of Tiferes members.
The entire school also participated in a Menorah competition and expo. Parents and Tiferes members attended to view and vote on the entries based on specific criteria.
