Lubavitcher chassidim in Eretz Yisroel are today fulfilling the Rebbe’s horo’oh to vote on Election Day, so as to increase the influence that frumme yidden have in Israeli politics. There may disagreement as for whom to vote, but whether or not to vote was never a question.
