While in France for the annual Conference of European Rabbis, Israel’s Chief Rabbi Kalman Bar, visited the Chabad Sinai Institutions led by shliach Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Pevzner, joining the students for Shachris after which he addressed the tamidim on the power of tefillah, as well as practical guidance in preparing for Pesach.
