Chabad Early Childhood is the international network supporting Chabad preschools on Shlichus with curriculum resources, teacher training, a networking group and more.
Kickstarting the school year with teacher training, the 6-session program hosted over 690 preschool staff members. The virtual event focused on equipping preschool staff with the tools to run their classrooms with core values, patience, and professionalism.
“I am thrilled to be part of the Chabad Early Childhood group,” shared Mrs. Chanie Perelmuter, Shlucha to Long Beach, California. “The training sessions were inspiring, helpful, and educational. My veteran staff and my newbies all enjoyed it.”
Every Chabad Early Childhood member received a mailed copy of Prepping Pals, a teacher lesson plan complete with innovative activities and age-appropriate classroom lessons centered around the Jewish holidays.
Chabad Early Childhood launched Footsteps, a brand new core values-based curriculum to bring the Rebbe’s guidelines in Chinuch to life for outreach children. The all-inclusive program reaches not only the children with interactive activities, but aims to touch the hearts of the parents as well.
“Thank you so much for the Footsteps curriculum,” wrote Mrs. Basie Gurkow, Shlucha to London, Ontario, Canada. “Parents are loving the core value activities and reading their responses brought tears literally, what a special initiative!”
“It has been such a Zechus to be able to support the Rebbe’s Shluchos,” said Mrs. Rivky Baitelman, Chabad Early Childhood Director. “Our greatest joy is to see directors thrive! We look forward to the upcoming year of opportunity to support their Shlichus with our ever-expanding array of resources and support, ensuring that they are equipped with the tools to continue shining so brightly in their communities.”
