A beautiful menorah lighting was held at the Sherman Oaks Galleria in Sherman Oaks, California. The event was attended by many community members, bringing together families and friends to celebrate the joy and light of Chanukah.
A non-Jewish man who found a bag lost by an Israeli family, containing 15 passports and important documents, ran after a passing Mitzvah Tank in Manhattan to return it. Through persistent efforts, the family was successfully contacted, and the bag was returned to their great relief and joy.
The matzeivah for Rabbi Chesed Halberstam AH, who served in the Rebbe and Rebbetzin’s home for 18 years, was erected.
