Boys Build Jumbo Sukkah Mobiles for Manhattan Yidden

Talmidim of Mechina L’mesivta at ULY were hard at work, building the three 215 square foot Jumbo Sukkah mobiles that will bring Simchas Yom Tov to thousands of Yidden in the streets of Manhattan.

Drilling, sawing, and painting, by now a usual sight at the constantly growing building of Tomchei Temimim Crown St. Just this time, it’s the Temimim of Mechina L’mesivta (7th-8th grade Program) building the World’s Largest Sukkah on wheels.

Rolling into its fifth year in operation, three 215 square foot Jumbo Sukkah mobiles will bring Simchas Yom Tov to thousands of Yidden in the streets of Manhattan.

All have seen the Sukkah mobile, the classic pickup truck with a Sukkah on the back, a common Sukkos sight on the streets of NYC and around the world, but have you seen the world’s largest?

At a staggering 215 square feet, the world’s largest Sukkah Mobile brings Sukkos to the streets of NYC with ample space so no one needs to squeeze to grab a bite or shake the Lulav. Coordinated with local Shluchim, three Jumbo Sukkah Mobiles parked in three central locations in NYC will give everyone the opportunity to celebrate Sukkos in the most comfortable way.

From local residents and businessmen coming to shake the Lulav to Frum families on a Chol Hamoed trip looking for a place to eat lunch or join a Minyan Mincha, the Sukkah mobiles caters to Yidden of all backgrounds, spreading the Rebbe’s message of Moshiach to all.

The Sukkah mobiles will be parked in three central locations in Manhattan throughout Chol Hamoed, during day hours:

1. Meatpacking District – Mechina L’mesivta Tomchei Temimim Crown St.

Corner of West 14th St & 9th Ave

2. Diamond District

West 47th St between 5th & 6th Ave

3. Soho – Yeshiva Queens

Corner of Canal St. & Broadway

BH, thanks to generous donors, every dollar donated to the project is being doubled
