Bochurim Spend Tishrei Learning, Excel at Tests

The comprehensive learning program for Tishrei guests by Vaad Hatmimim has bochurim spending their days immersed in learning. After a recent test at which bochurim excelled, organizers remarked how it “undoubtedly brings great nachas to our host, the Rebbe.”

In the large hall of Oholei Torah, the Vaad Hatmimim recently held a test for the bochurim on the material covered so far during their comprehensive Tishrei learning program. This test comes as a key part of the Vaad’s broader plan, designed to ensure that the bochurim fully engage in their studies during the uplifting month of Tishrei.

The learning program includes non-stop shiurim, with personal attention provided by dedicated maggidei shiur, as well as inspiring farbrengens with renowned mashpi’im. This all comes together to create a chassidishe environment for learning and growth in Limud Hatorah and the Rebbe’s inyonim.

Rabbi Tzvi Altein, chairman of the Vaad Hatmimim, expressed great satisfaction with the results of the past test. “From the number of participants and the knowledge they demonstrated, it’s clear that the purpose of this trip is being fulfilled. This undoubtedly brings great nachas to our host, the Rebbe,” he said, emphasizing the special connection between the bochurim’s learning and the Rebbe’s care for their growth, particularly during Tishrei.

This year, the Vaad Hatmimim introduced additional measures to ensure that each bochur stays on track. Alongside the rigorous learning schedule, there has been an increased focus on accountability. Regular reports on attendance and progress are being sent to parents, keeping them informed of their son’s learning and achievements. This new system not only enhances the bochurim’s learning commitment but also reassures parents that their sons are taking full advantage of this unique time by the Rebbe.
