As the Halikut program begins its second year, Kehos printed a special edition of Likkutei Sichos chelek chof hey to be used by the hundreds of participants.
The Halikut program launched last year by Vaad Hatmmim, has developed a unique learning regimen, where bochurim learn a full Sefer of Likkutei Sichos by heart.
