Alaska Fairgoers Get a Taste of Chabad

By Anash.org reporter

Former Israeli minister Chaim Katz was among those who visited the Chabad booth at Alaska State Fair this week.

As in years past, Rabbi Mendy Greenberg, shliach in Wasilla, has been manning his booth for the duration of the two weeks of the fair, which began a week ago and is visited by some 250,000 people each year.

This year Rabbi Greenberg is being assisted by the bochurim Shammai Shemtov and Mendel Spalter, who help greet people who stop by the booth.
