After Beepers, Two-Way Radios Explode on Hezbollah

The terrorists haven’t learned. Just one day after Hezbollah beepers exploded injuring close to 3000, today two-way walkie-talkies exploded, including during the funeral for the son of a Hezbollah MP who was killed in yesterday’s explosion.

The terrorists haven’t learned.

There are now reports of a second wave of explosions on Hezbollah terrorists in Beirut, and elsewhere in Lebanon, including at funerals for yesterday’s casualties. This time it appears to be two-way walkie-talkies exploding, some causing fires.

Videos emerging from Lebanon show panic at a funeral for the son of a Hezbollah MP who was killed in yesterday’s explosion, as well as fires breaking out in vehicles and apartments that apparently had the radios in them.

According to Israeli journalist Barak Ravid, the radios exploding today were booby-trapped in advance by Israeli intelligence services and then delivered to Hezbollah. They were intended to be part of the terrorist organization’s emergency communications system in the event of an all-out war with Israel.
