American-born Lubavitch dayanim, Rabbi Chaim Hillel Raskin, rov of Anash in Petach Tikva, and Rabbi Mordechai Rifkaind, rov of Anash in Pardes Katz, received the coveted Rabbanut Dayanus from Israel’s Chief Rabbis at the Great Synagogue in Yerushalayim.
American-born Lubavitch dayanim, Rabbi Chaim Hillel Raskin, rov of Anash in Petach Tikva, and Rabbi Mordechai Rifkaind, rov of Anash in Pardes Katz, received the coveted Rabbanut Dayanus from Israel’s Chief Rabbis at the Great Synagogue in Yerushalayim.
The two are both talmidim of Rabbi Meir Aharon AH, the late Rosh Kolel of the prestigious Rechovot Kolel.
