10,000 Unite for Grand Farbrengen in Tel Aviv Stadium

Over ten thousand chassidim from across Eretz Yisroel gathered at the Yad Eliyahu Stadium in Tel Aviv for an uplifting and inspiring farbrengen featuring heartfelt chassidishe talks, amazing shlichus stories, and inspiration from the generation born after Gimmel Tammuz.

This past Tuesday, at Yad Eliyahu Stadium in Tel Aviv, the Chabad community united for a powerful farbrengen in preparation for the Rebbe’s 30th yahrzeit. The event was attended by members of the Beis Din of Chabad Rabbanim, shluchim from all over Eretz Yisroel, and prominent Rabbanim and mashpiim from Lubavitch communities.

The evening was filled with inspiring speeches, heartfelt chassidishe talks, and amazing shlichus stories from across the globe. These showcased the Rebbe’s great revolution through his dedicated shluchim – continuing to this very day – focusing on their primary mission: preparing the world for the coming of Moshiach.

Organized by Tzach of Eretz Yisroel under the leadership of Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Aharonov, the event highlighted the Rebbe’s enduring presence in the lives of Chassidim and shluchim today, who remain fully devoted to his projects, campaigns, and directives. It also emphasized that despite the new generation born after Gimmel Tammuz 5754, many of whom are embarking on shlichus, even in remote and challenging locations.

Rabbi Menachem Mendel Gluckowsky, Rov of the Chabad community in Rechovot and Vice-President of the Beis Din of Chabad Rabbanim, delivered the keynote address, urging the crowd to increase their learning of Torah and Chassidus and to intensify their holy activities. A special segment was dedicated to uplifting and joyous Chabad niggunim, which united the entire crowd as one.

A particularly unique speech was given by Rabbi Ohr Ziv, a Chabad shliach in Katamon, Yerushalayim. He shared how a visit to the Chabad House in Bangkok, Thailand, transformed his life, leading him to become an enthusiastic Chossid and shliach who brings countless Yidden closer to Yiddishkeit. Additionally, Rabbi Yaakov Shwika, a member of the Beis Din Rabbanei Chabad, taught a maamar.

A heartwarming moment during the event was a live broadcast from the Rebbe’s Ohel, where Rabbi Yehuda Krinsky, the Rebbe’s secretary and Chairman of Machane Yisroel, davened for the Jewish people, especially the residents of Eretz Yisroel and the soldiers, and for the success of the global shlichus. Prior to this, Rabbi Mendy Kotlarsky, son and successor of Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky a”h who recently passed away, recited Tehillim from the Rebbe’s holy room.

As the clock neared midnight, the event concluded, leaving the Chassidim with a feeling of spiritual elevation. Many are already preparing to travel to the Rebbe’s Ohel in New York for Gimmel Tammuz, joining tens of thousands of Chassidim and Jews from all backgrounds, to connect with the Rebbe and daven for the geulah shleima.
