The Rebbe spoke so strongly against TV (at a time when Saiy TV was much more Eidel then (the Internet) today, and Saiy it was a very big Nisoyon (maybe not as much but similar to a smartphone today))
The excuses people make for having a smartphone (as opposed to TV) are laughable
