What I think he is trying to say, is that , look, you have put together a nice and beautiful event, which is next level according to most standards.
However, our Rebbe, who is the one sending the Shluchim, told us 34 years ago that we have a very specific job, to actually welcome in moshiach.
And that is not mentioned here.

He is suggesting on what is actually written in the article “This year’s banquet theme, “From Lubavitch to the World: The Mission of Shluchim Today”.

As the mission remains the same as in Nun Beis, the title should really be The Mission of the Shluchim. Lets keep focussed.
