From reading the Sicha in full, it is apparent that the person who does such an act is a Lubavitcher, and since ער האט געהאלטן דער קליאמקע פון רבי׳ן, he will do Teshuva. However, to say that the act he did was done AS a Lubavitcher, is שקר גמור. His Yetzer hara convinced him to do it. And at the moment ער פירט מלחמה נגד וכו״

1) It was just a dimyon – imagination.

2) They are not a part of Lubavitch.
