Many principals don&#039;t have to much classroom experience (or non at all). They might be good principals however they don&#039;t know how it feels to be a teacher.

They therefore judge or put unnecessary pressure on teachers, which does no good for the teacher.

Yet, teachers between themselves, do have this deep understanding.]]></description>
