In reply to Yup. There are multiple peirushim on Alter Rebbe's Shulchan Aruch by Lubavitcher chassidim. What's wrong if a Skverer chossid puts one out as well? Realistically, though, putting out a high caliber sefer requires years of in-depth learning. Most of our yungeleit aren't spending enough years in Kollel to put out such seforim.
