Most of the violations were committed by school zones, most probably the suspect has kids that he takes to school or lives in Bronx or Manhattan.
The Suspects violations were committed around 4:00 AM – 7:00 AM or 1:30 PM – 8:30 PM.
Hotspot of the violations were around the 6:00 AM hour and scattered in the PM hours.
Suspect probably goes between Manhattan and Bronx often.
The rout that WAZE (another version of GPS) gives, there are many Schools along the way.
You may be able to find the suspect on this rout, at around these times.

Definitely a habitual reckless driver. Hopefully the police will be interested in pursuing this guy – after all, they’ve mamash been raking in the cash from him.
