I don&#039;t know if they were friends, but  I do recall that when my late father was in that hospital for extended period of time in 1996,  Mr. Thaler visited him and was somehow a resource for my parents during that terrible time.  Baruch Dayan HoEmes.  May Hashem comfort the family.   And I wouldn&#039;t be surprised if his work contributes towards a cure, may we merit to have it immediately.]]></description>
