In addition to bread; there are a variety of wheat flour tortillas that have a very good hechsher (i.e. Mission - CRC Chicago etc.).

Although these are fully baked, it is recommended by most brands to place them in an oven before use, does this consider them Pas Yisroel?

According to some opinions, once the crust forms the later cooking by a Jew doesn&#039;t do anything.  I think this article is taking the position of a maikel opinion, an opinion that many do not rely on l&#039;chatchila. I recommend reading Yoreh Deah siman 112 with the mefarshim and make your own conclusions about how you want to hold.]]></description>
