Actually, it’s not a separate discussion at all.

We are throwing out the baby with the bath water in the name of “spreading elokus”.

A yeshiva bochur (and perhaps any chosid) has no business on Spotify or YouTube.

see the first page of this sicha, where the Rebbe explains the yesodos of this inyan, including the famous mishna כָּל מַה שֶּׁבָּרָא הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא בְּעוֹלָמוֹ, לֹא בְרָאוֹ אֶלָּא לִכְבוֹדוֹ, and everything means everything. so yes, every single type of technology can and should be used for the purpose of spreading Elokus.

(none of the above is giving a hechsher to any specific mossad/individual using any specific platform, that is a separate discussion and can be dealt with by rabbonim and mashpiim, just negating the premise that ch”v not every type of technology should be used for spreading Elokus)
