I don’t have a source for this, I just remember hearing it from somewhere…

Even for negel vasser to take to bed for the morning, it shouldn’t be from the bathroom.

He stated very clearly that you cannot take water out of the bathroom for negal vaser.

(“In his home, the Rebbe was particular about washing in the bathroom, or even taking water from the bathroom for negel vasser, unless ….”.). Please clarify the Rebbe’s view on implementing this halacha.
