In Sefer Hatoldos of the Rebbe Maharash, written and published by the Rebbe in 5707 (1947), it says תקצד. In the footnote the Rebbe writes י״א אשר נולד בשנת תקצ״ג (שיחת י״ט כסלו תרצ״ג אות כד). ואולי שם הכוונה על העיבור.
There is an opinion that the birth year is תקצ״ג. Possibly that that refers to the pregnancy.

In Shalsheles Hayachas in the beginning of the Hayom Yom, it also says תקצד.

In hayom yom it says that the rebbe מהר”ש was born in תקצ”ג
So its 191 birthday not 190
