the rebbe first spells out the fact that we are long after the beginning of the avodas hashlichus, we are after the middle of the avodas hashlichus – to the extent that we have completed the avodas hashlichus!

now you may think, if we completed the avoda, then why didnt moshiach come yet?

so the rebbe says: that being that everything has been completed, it is now the time when hashem is mekayem: שלח נא ביד תשלח, and begins to send moshiach to redeem us.

and the rebbe goes on to say: al pi hayadua that onevery generation thete is one righteous human being that is worthy of being moshiach, and if the generation will merit then hashem reveals himself to him.

the rebbe makes it clear that now that we have completed the avoda, the inyan of שלח נא ביד תשלח, is starting to be fullfilled.

and the rebbe makes it clear that now the only shlichis that is left is קבלת פני משיח צדקינו.

and how to we do that, by each one of the shluchim going back to their respectove cities and educating the masses in order to prepare them.
