A big focus of that is indeed the flyesr that they gave out at the parade. I wonder waht the Rebbe indeed had in mind about paying for – was it those flyers or in general?

That is a signifact diffrence. While it is known that much of what he said came from the Rebbe – 1. It is still certainly from him and saying otherwise is an aversion of the truth. 2. Yes much of waht he said came from the Rebbe but certainly not all.
