Please keep these great episodes coming. Just wanted to note that as a Lubavitcher with bipolar (not as rare as I used to think before I was diagnosed), I bH don’t run my life from a bipolar lens, but bH a mostly regular and active life as a chossid and Shlucha. I am in regular touch with psychiatrists for this condition, but I haven’t found therapy at all helpful and actually destructive compared to what I have from my Mashpia and Chassidus. Therefore I’m not in regular touch with a therapist.

Someone else I know (non bipolar) did take therapy to learn how to be successfully communicative and voice their feelings, kept it quiet, and after a few months of sessions, got the skills he needed and left.
