I really think shluchim should be provided with membership to expat / nomad medical assistance organizations who have the know how to ship US quality medication internationally.

Nobody should be made to be hesitant to make a phone call to a physician just because he cant get the help he needs in his home country.

The office could also mail newlywed shluchim with material that can educate some basic medical knowlege so that should C”V a young shliach couple experience something, such as symptoms of sholom bayis, they could unerstand what is happening to them and already made to know which treatments are available.
