This reminds me of the story told by Rabbi Gurewitz of their Mivtzoyim on Purim when arabs blockaded their vehicle and they boruch Hashem passed through and went to the army base for Mivtzoyim (I think in 5736) and the Rebbe spoke about it by the Farbrengen on Purim:
