In chabadlibrary.org 5 editions are listen, the first four with 24 pages, the 5th 1998 edition with 29 pages. Hebrewbooks has the later edition, https://tablet.otzar.org/#/b/146263/p/22/t/1738856687036/fs/0/start/0/end/0/c has the earlier one.
Neither depict the map as presented. However the 1998 edition does show the crossing of the sea taking place in the north.
In the 1944 edition, The artist signature on the bottom right is isak kazarnovsky!!!
Only the 1998 edition has another map in the beginning signed by schwartz, in which the above is depicted, but it is not the same map as in the presentation.
Further investigation is needed!
Whichever the case, it is quite embarrassing to post a headline that the rebbe held something against all rishonim, more care should be taken when publisizing such content in the name of the rebbe, as it can cause widespread misinformation at the least, and an unwarranted chilul lubavitch

There is total lack of any evidence that this map is fully accurate to the true opinion and shittas of the rebbe. If you say it is, meihei teisei? Also, there would be a "steera" between this map and the one in "our people" which was also published by merkos before the nesius, and is drastically different.

If you look up the Kovetz on Hebrewbooks.org, there's no such picture that he's presenting on this video.
Am I missing something?

the fact that the maps are "the rebbe's oppinin" is not very accurate, and quite vague to say the least.
see here: https://www.chabad.org/therebbe/article_cdo/aid/375089/jewish/The-Rebbe-and-the-Artist.htm
he recalls that in 1994 a rabbi asked him, and he said: "“Oh, yes,” I said. “I remember doing a number of maps and charts for the Rebbe. The Exodus route was in one of them.”

“But,” he says, “the problem I have is that so far, in all the books written of the subject, the Israelites took a different route all together. I have almost completed my work, and now I came across your map.”

I really felt sorry for this author, but all I could tell him was, “Look, you may have a problem, and I can appreciate your predicament. The Exodus chart was one of the earliest experiences I had with the Rebbe, and in those days, I did what the Rebbe instructed me to do. I’m no authority on the Exodus. I’m sorry I can’t be of more help.” ad kan leshono.

- that is very far from creating a new "rebbe shita". vedal
