Statistically it can work, however it requires an organized effort by many parties to get it done. Yeshivas and seminaries, should and more all need to get involved. There should be busses running nonstop between crown heights and the polls, a bus in front of 770 even with people encouraging others to go vote.

A win will not happen by itself, there needs to be a serious effort
