Israeli Minister Zeev Elkin and “Nativ” Chairman Alon Shoham visited the Menorah Center, the world’s largest Chabad House, during their visit to Ukraine, where they announced the opening of an Israeli consulate in Dnipro. They were accompanied by Shluchim Rabbis Levi Edri, Shmuel Kaminetsky, and Meir Stambler.
