The Rebbe’s shliach to Estonia, Rabbi Shmuel Kot, together with Israel’s Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar, affixed a mezuzah at the entrance of Israel’s new embassy in Tallinn during its inauguration with Estonia’s Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna.
