Chabad of West Village, New York, celebrated a hachnosas Sefer Torah, honoring a decades-old Torah painstakingly restored by an expert sofer. The Torah was adorned with an antique breastplate dating back to 1875 and dedicated by community member Stephan Loewentheil.
