Israel’s incoming ambassador to Georgia, Mr. Walid Abu-Haya, paid his first official visit to the Chabad House in Batumi, directed by Rabbi Zevi Mandelzon, where they focused on Chanukah preparations and strengthening ties with the local Jewish community.
