It sometimes happens that the kvort falls sideways into the negel vasser bowl and some of the tamei water goes inside the kvort. If I spill it out, it will remain wet inside the kvort from the tamei water.
Is it a problem to refill the kvort the following evening while a little bit of tamei water is still inside it? We're talking about the remnants of the tamei water that entered the kvort.
If it's a problem, what exactly needs to be done to purify the kvort for further use?

Also, when spilling out the bowl with the tamei water, the rim of the bowl is usually wet with drops that sprinkled from the washing, and that wetness, from tamei water, gets on the hands, are the hands still tahor? Or does one need to wash negel vasser again?
Suppose they handled the bowl after one already washed the second time by the sink, does one now need to do anything to the hands because they came in contact with those tamei droplets?
