The fact that only a creator can create like your saying in step 4, is only according to that premise.

I’ve heard that R Yoel Khan spoke about this and that it’s not so simple to say that hashem can’t give the ability of something else to create. Then again I dont know the details so, maybe not.

Where is the source that hashem can’t create something that can create other things? Or would that be like saying can G-d create another God? Would like to know what any of you think. Thanks
